Exchange Policy
**NOTICE UPDATE**
Glam God understands that sometimes the fit may not be right, we're happy to accept exchanges within 10 business days from delivery date. All items must be in unworn condition, free of make-up stains, odor and in the original packaging that you received it in.
Sale items (if applicable)
Glam God only accepts regular priced items for exchange, unfortunately sale items accessories, and undergarments including swimwear and bodysuits cannot be exchanged.
Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, worn or washed will be returned back with shipping charges charged to the client. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at INFO@THEGLAMGOD.COM and send your item to: P.O. Box 2152, Mount Pleasant SC 29465, United States.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed for shipment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
